Removal of basic trash and construction signs, removing paint mishaps, scrubbing restroom walls and floors, cleaning windows, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, dusting and detailed cleaning/ polishing of case goods and all high end finish work. Area is sterilised once completed. Windows included. (Residential/ Vacation Rentals/ Businesses): $150/ hr.
