Emergency Package
Every Room
Dust top-to-bottom: Every horizontal and vertical surface from ceilings to the floors, including fans, light fixtures, blinds, cabinets, furniture, knick-knacks, picture frames, lamps, baseboards, etc. Change bed sheets, polishing of tables and other wood furniture surfaces, and clean mirrors, glass doors, and glass-paneled tables and furniture.
Kitchen
The sinks, faucets, countertops, countertop appliances, backsplashes, stove tops, ventilation hoods, and inside the microwave will be cleaned. The refrigerator, oven interior/ exterior, and dishwasher doors will be polished.
Bathrooms
The shower/ bathtubs, shower head, faucets, sinks and toilets will be scrubbed, deodorized and sanitized.
Overall
Any rugs will be vacuumed, the floors will be wet mopped then steam cleaned, trash cans will be emptied and replaced with liners, blinds, and window frames will be dusted and sanitized, the couches/ sitting areas will be vacuumed, light fixtures will be hand wiped but not disassembled, baseboards will be hand wiped, cabinet doors will be hand wiped and polished, outlets/ light switch plates will be hand wiped, interior windows/ windowsills will hand wiped and sanitized as will doors and door frames. Curtains in the home will be steamed. This service can also be hypoallergenic at an extra cost.
Once the project is complete, a sanitizing treatment will be added. Vacation Rentals have the option of adding a Welcome Note and Basket.

Seasonal Package
Every Room
Baseboards, doors, ceilings, windows, windowsills and walls will be washed. Vents will be vacuumed and washed. Interior windows will be washed and curtains will be steamed. Blinds and light fixtures will be dusted. Overheard lights will be dusted/ shined. Any burnt-out light bulbs will be replaced.
Kitchen
The pantry/ cabinets will be cleaned out and organized. The cabinets will be washed (interior/ exterior). The oven will be deep cleaned. The refrigerator will be washed (interior/ exterior). The refrigerator will be moved so the area can be vacuumed, wet moped, and steamed. The counter will be washed. Appliances on the counter will be hand wiped and disinfected.
Living Room
All mirrors, frames, and decorative items will be hand wiped. All upholstery and lampshades will be vacuumed. All furniture and fixtures will be dusted/polished. All throw pillows and blankets will be steamed. The carpet will be vacuumed and shampooed. Hardwood floors will be polished.
Bedroom
All bedding, bed and throw pillows will be washed and changed. All mattresses
will be flipped, if any pillow tops are being used, the bed will be rotated. Any under the bed or in the closets not wanted anymore will be purged. Any carpet will be shampooed. Any fixtures/ furniture will be hand wiped and polished. Curtains and bedding will be steamed.
Overall
All batteries in the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors will be changed. All electronics will be checked for tangles and healthy cords. Electronics will be plugged into a surge protector. All computer/ keyboards and mouse will have compressed air used on to remove crumbs, dust and other particles. A microfiber cloth will be used to wipe the equipment down. The expiration date on the fire extinguisher will be checked. Any porches/ decks will be swept. All seasonal decorations, clothes and or items will be stored away. Curtains will be steamed.
Bathroom
The shower/ bathtubs, shower head, faucets, sinks and toilets will be scrubbed, deodorized and sanitized. The bath mats will be washed. The shower liners will be washed and or replaced. Decorative items will be dusted and replaced. Floor will be wet mopped then steamed. Windows are included and curtains will be steamed.
Other
Old and expired makeup will be discarded and makeup holders will be cleaned. First Aid Kits will be updated. Expired medication will be removed. Any seasonal items will be stored for next year. Any unused goods can be stored separately and taken to Goodwill, The Salvation Army or any other local community organizations. A brand new set of products and scents will be used to fit the theme of the season. This service can also be hypoallergenic at an extra cost.
Once the project is complete, a sanitizing treatment will be added.
